DONATION DRIVE DIRECTORS
Our donation drive directors organize care packages that include essential items for the underserved. Through community outreach, social media advertisement, and university donation drives, our directors are able to provide the homeless access to clothing, food, hygiene products, first aid, sunscreen, and more!
Overseen by President and Vice President
Our advocacy directors work to bring awareness to existing disparities faced by homeless individuals including health inequity and discrimination by legislation. They host educational workshops to provide well-researched information and encourage advocacy among UCF students. These directors are also responsible for maintaining the monthly updates form to ensure any issues faced by members are brought to the immediate attention of overseeing officers and resolved.
Overseen by Vice President
Our newsletter directors will be responsible for drafting our weekly Hearts for the Homeless newsletter. This newsletter is an important part of our organization as it contains information about screenings, other volunteer events, training programs, upcoming meetings, and other events relevant to H4H. Our goal is to make the newsletter professional and informative but also relevant and fun by making it flexible for our directors to have their own voice and bring their own ideas and segments to the newsletters.

Our fundraising directors help us come up with creative and innovative campaigns to raise awareness for our cause and provide us with the financial resources necessary for H4H’s functioning. In conjunction with other directors, they also assess the specific needs of the Orlando homeless population in order to revert the funds and donations received into the resources required by this community.

MEDICAL INFORMATION DIRECTORS
Our medical information directors are involved in training new members on screening events such as blood pressure, EKG, and mental health. These directors are well-trained and knowledgeable, as they are responsible for teaching new members how to properly execute blood pressure and mental health readings. They also record blood pressures readings and creating data analysis on these results. These directors also assist with first aid donation drives and looking for other training courses that members could participate in!
Overseen by Medical Information Officer
Our screening directors are responsible for attending screening events, assisting with carpooling as needed, maintaining strong connections with service centers, and researching educational workshop opportunities regarding health and wellness. They take initiative in overseeing screening events and answer new members questions, help bring necessary supplies to screenings, build teamwork, and resolve conflicts.
Overseen by Community Outreach Officer
Our volunteering directors have the vital responsibility of identifying, planning, and executing volunteering events. They build bridges between Hearts for the Homeless and the community around us by setting up volunteering partnerships, facilitating volunteering events, and encouraging fresh new ideas for ways to get involved in our community. They coordinate with organizations, co-directors, and H4H members to ensure the events are successful.
Overseen by Community Outreach Officer
Our networking directors work closely with the Recruitment Officer and are responsible for promoting the organization's mission through social media engagement and marketing. Our Instagram is a key resource that provides members with information about upcoming events and showcases their efforts. The primary goal is to increase involvement in the community and expand our outreach through consistent interaction. These directors will use creativity to create meaningful and professional posts in addition to actively participating in live events.
